# Cloudflare

> Xerg lists zones, Workers, Pages, databases and buckets.

Read-only. Xerg lists zones, Workers, Pages, databases and buckets. It reads your DNS records and keeps only the name and target of CNAME and MX records that point at another service. It never changes anything.

Only admins and owners can connect services. See [Connecting a service](https://xerg.ai/docs/connect/overview.md) for where to find Connect, refreshing and disconnecting.

## Connect with a key

1. [Open Cloudflare API tokens](https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens)
2. Tap Create Token and use the Read all resources template, then Continue and Create.
3. Copy the token and paste it into Xerg.

Xerg asks for: API token.

## Or sign in with Cloudflare

Where Xerg offers **Sign in with Cloudflare**, you can connect in one click instead of making a key.

Xerg asks Cloudflare for these scopes, and nothing else:

* `account-settings.read`
* `user-details.read`
* `zone.read`
* `dns.read`
* `workers-scripts.metadata_read`
* `workers-routes.read`
* `page.read`
* `d1.read`
* `workers-r2.read`
* `workers-kv-storage.read`
* `queues.read`
* `offline_access`
