# OpenAI

Read-only. Xerg lists your projects and their spend over the last 30 days. It never calls models or changes anything.

Only admins and owners can connect services. See [Connecting a service](https://xerg.ai/docs/connect/overview.md) for where to find Connect, refreshing and disconnecting.

## Connect with a key

1. [Open OpenAI admin keys](https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/admin-keys)
2. As an org owner, create a new admin key and set Permissions to Read only.
3. Copy the key and paste it into Xerg.
